We do our very best to ensure that the information featured on this site is as accurate as possible and provides all of the information necessary for ease of ordering.The images and descriptions merely represent a general nature of the products. To assist with ordering we have included approximate dimensions for each product featured.
We reserve the right to alter the designs of those featured in the online store and we will of course up-date the web site from time to time in line with this. We reserve the right to change the availability of lines featured on the online store at any time.
Pricing
We would like to point out that sometimes mistakes may occur on prices that appear in the online store. We do of course make every effort possible to ensure that this does not happen. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. We will ensure that any mistakes that are highlighted to us are amended as quickly as possible.We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
As you will see from the online store, prices are calculated excluding VAT. If delivery is to a VAT eligible country the full price including VAT and delivery charges will be shown before you confirm your order.
Payment
The easiest form of payment to enable us to despatch you order quickly is by card, but we do appreciate that some customers may prefer to pay by an alternative method. We do accept cheques in £ Sterling which are drawn on UK banks: these should be payable to 'Ola Gorie'. If you choose to pay by this method please just state this as a special instruction along with your order details. Please be aware that items paid for by cheque will have a slightly longer delivery time as cheques can take up to 10 working days before the payment clears.Amendments to orders
We cannot accept any amendments or cancellations to items that are specifically made to order, e.g. 18ct yellow gold, white gold. Any other amendments to standard orders should be emailed to us immediately and although we cannot promise, we will do our very best to deal with your request.
